I used a few workout tracking Apps but kept coming back to Gym day. It has everything you need. I love how you can build your own workout, or they have premade ones. Timers, logging, exercise selection, adding your own exercises, statistics to keep track, coaches tips all super user-friendly. It is worth paying for premium, and I won't use another App, been using it for nearly a year now. Customer service is also excellent, they get back to you quickly and want to make it the App for you.

I love Gym Day! It's exactly what I've been looking for to help keep track of my workouts, suggest exercises and remember my weight progression. I appreciate its usefulness for calculating plates and sharing workouts with friends. I've been happy to support them because they don't make you feel pressured to subscribe.

Excellent app! I've been using it for over a year now and it's so easy to track every weight, swap out exercises and see real progress. I can't recommend this enough if you're doing a weight focused workout!

Updated review: issues with weight and reps with trying to create new exercises. Have done this many times and today now it isn't showing the right options even after deleting and restarting the program. Was there an update because I don't like it!
