The app does not show how many people are at the location. The "green, yellow and red" system is useless if EVERY GYM IS GREEN DURING PIQUE TIMES. If you can't or don't want to show a specific number then just show a range!!! Restricting user information is always bad!

Frustrating. The previous application was working fine. There is no reason for the update. The onboarding to the new application is counter-intuitive. It introduces a pin-code instead of an existing password. Why? The password is more secure. Then it requires you to activate "easy check-in" (QR code). It is the only option to enter the gym. Why isn't it activated by default??? New face recognition ... It is very hard to make such features work correctly.

Capacity status is useless now, gives almost zero info. Approximate amount of people is better by a large amount. I don't want to see capacity by color I want an approximate amount of people in the gym as a number like it used to be before app update.

This app is a disaster! You have broken my login, not sent any emails with the pass, payment process is also pained, why have you broken what was working before? AND THIS FACIAL RECOGNITION! YOU MUST WARN IN ADVANCE! This is actually last time I bought membership, you messed the things up enough for me

"Plenty of room" yet all the machines are occupied, there is barely any room in the men's room. But yeah green and "plenty of room".
