Terrible downgrade. Opening logo is a blurry blown-up image (seriously, who would do this for a real app, hire a graphics designer who knows about vector files), security through a pin sounds dubious, and not showing the number of people at the gym is just a removal of the best feature of the previous app. Looks and feels like an unfinished, vibe-coded piece of garbage EDIT: The 'club capacity status' is useless and always shows the locations as nearly empty; doesn't reflect reality.

This app is a disaster! You have broken my login, not sent any emails with the pass, payment process is also pained, why have you broken what was working before? AND THIS FACIAL RECOGNITION! YOU MUST WARN IN ADVANCE! This is actually last time I bought membership, you messed the things up enough for me

The app still needs more work. I see the vision but It's really not there yet. The face "easy" check in didn't work in person. Also, the new app does not show how many people are in the club.
