Very good app. Tells us exercises of certain muscles. Guys who are new to gym should use this app to create thier own workout plans without trainer, but you should always have a supporter like any friend or brother. It also gives us other options such as workout plans for 1 to 6 days a week, fitness workout, bodybuilding workout, powerlifting workout etc. Thank you so much for reading my whole review

App has potential to be great, but the Ads are just extremely overwhelming!!! You will spend most of your time closing ads

Small images no way to enlarge, and ads that stop you and don't go away easily. The stretching section looks interesting, but when you cannot enlarge the images to see any of the writing/notes. And out of the blue an ad shows up and you either accidently click on it- or it does not go off-screen until you close the app. And that was the first thing I tried.

Fewer ads more motivation needed the workouts are fine but more won't hurt pictures don't enlarge at least try making an animation to show how to do the workouts correctly
