Does exactly what it should. I use it for rest timer between sets. Can restart via the notification view on the lock screen. Two other settings are available, but I haven't tried them.

I normally won't write review, but this app is really simple and excellent. It serves the purpose u can restart the rest time with your Bluetooth earphone control even if it is playing songs it will still work. Also, what I like about it is it can run in background, so you can also lock your screen. If you are working out and listening songs using your Bluetooth earphone, you can use this app. We can control the rest timer without touching your phone

Great app! Would be even better if you let the double-press to reach the music app.
★★☆☆☆Allan W.· Sep 11, 2023
Home screen widget sucks! Zero functionality unless app is open in background! Can only go up to 3 min. Rest intervals. Sometimes I would like to use 4 min. For particular workouts, just simply not available.

Good easy to use design. But you cant turn the sound off in the app. Needs a vibrate mode.
★☆☆☆☆Hayden Cifrino· Mar 6, 2022
Headphone remote works maybe 50% of the time. Extremely frustrating.

Count down sound is terribly high-pitched and hurts my ears
