★★★★★ The app is great, classes are great...but missing ONE THING...SHOW WHERE YOU ARE ON THE WAITING LIST ON THE APP

★★★★★ Easy to book classes and keep track of booked classes. Good to be able to access the gym with the card - no plastic cards. Could incorporate class feedback/ratings in the app.

★★☆☆☆ Who would have thought that the Gym box app could get worse? Honestly Gym box, please go back to whoever designed this for you and demand your money back! Whoever is in charge of UX for this should be fired. Not user-friendly at all! It's like the old app just got a facelift and became harder to use somehow. Honestly guys I love you as a gym but your apps and booking systems have always pained me! I suppose weirdly it's credit to your instructors that I go through the pain of using it to get to train with them. Please work on improving this! Maybe get some member feedback in Beta testing next time!

★★☆☆☆ This app is so bad. At 7am when we supposed to book classes it's not working at all. It's the 3rd time when I tried to book a class since this morning and now is 12am and of course it's all booked. I gave up! The worst app ever!
