The app is honestly amaźing and I would have given it a 5 star review. The thing is that there are only 2 free workouts and the rest needs payment. So yeah it sucks for that, if there were more free workouts then I'll give this thing 5 star review

It could be better I actually unsubed from the premium because it didn't have any pull work and didn't help with any advanced movements, and didn't have any pulling work. I would just use a yoga app of I wanted to do a handstand people are looking for a well rounded strength like a gymnast would have and you can't achieve that without any pulling, or rings, or lever work. Send me an email if you add these things I'd be happy to re subscribe if there was more
