The exercise library is free (good example videos), it has a free beginner program and free skill tutorials. Everything else, as in intermediate to advanced and joint preparation programs, are Premium content, but there's plenty of free stuff for a beginner to get started. Overall 4.5/5 (I'll round up to 5 stars tho), the app feels a tiny bit clunky and could have a more distinct way of differentiating between free/premium content with a simple glance.

Having followed the programs in the Gymnastics Method for about a year, I would definitely recommend it! It is obvious that Adam knows what he is doing and this app makes it even easier to follow the programs! I am a fan of the follow-along videos and this app is easy to navigate and follow along! I joined GM in July and really enjoying the program. Included is a private community where you can post your workouts and get feedback from Adam. There's also a weekly live Q&A if you have any questions about the program or your progress. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who's interested in learning Calisthenics/Gymnastics.

Hello. You get 1 star for charging my card one month after I asked for data deletion. How do you still have my data ? Especially my financial data. I wrote to you but nobody answered. And don't tell me to write to you at some address, you already have all the data you need apparently :))

It claims that every email I try to sign up with is already taken. I have never used it before, so I know I don't already have an account. Plus I tried like 6 different emails, and it said the same thing.

Edir: I put to 2 stars. The content is gold, but the execution is very poor. Very hard to follow. Could be the best exercise and training app, but it isn't. I just renewed my Frenetic app subscription after trialing this one since its better built than the Gymnastics Method app. Please go check it out and if you still think yours doesn't need to change, well, I guess I'll still with Frenetic.
