My order I'd #GV718012 is not getting delivered. Without any delivery attempt reason mentioned as Consignee not available. I called gynoveda customer care, think logistics customer care, but no solution. Still order is in undelivered status. Now I want to cancel the order, but they are not let me do by saying order is already out for delivery. I am waiting and following for my medicine delivery, but pathetic customer service, no solution and sometimes they put call on hold for more than 30 mnt.

I have ordered products of worth Rs. 2970/- on 13 Feb 2024 which is prepaid already. ORDER #GV759960. I have given my full address along with landmark, Email ID, my mob. No. and my father's mob. No. as alternative no. But still you are saying "customer not contactable". I have talked to customer service 3-4 times sonce yesterday regarding same issue that your delivery agent is putting fake "customer unavailability" status. You false reassuring me every time it will deliver in 24h. Refund please.

I am taking treatment from 6 months but no results. They are saying take 6 months treatment then you will get best results but before 6 months my AMH was 1 and now .60 and last 3 months my period is coming irregular and more than 15 kg Wight gain in 6 months. Waste of money and time...👎
