★★★★★ This app is super helpful and it allows the ability to request your prescriptions without having to call the pharmacy.

Seriously though it's really easy it's really quick I have no problems at all getting my prescriptions refilled they let me know they're ready by text and phone call. I don't know what else I can say about HEB and the pharmacy the pharmacy goes above and beyond to make sure that you have the prescriptions you need , they treat you like a person you're not just a customer to them. 👍👍💕💕

★★☆☆☆ Most everything is ok except prescription status. If you have a new prescription called in, you have no Rx # or prescription history. Therefore there is no way to access any information on it through the app. Also being redirected to the website to do anything having to do with the pharmacy is annoying. I don't know if I should include this in my evaluation since it's not the app. Even though the app sends me there.

★★☆☆☆ Just downloaded this app. Keep getting "cannot connect to server". This app would be phenomenal if it would work, since it's a pain to go to our heb and get an RX, because they're always so busy. I went to the app to refill my rx, got through the steps, and when I hit "next", the blue circle just spins, and it says "something went wrong". I have great internet, so it's not on my end. Please fix this

★★☆☆☆ Filter not working. Some scripts show up with quantity of 0. Placed orders don't almost show up in pending status.
