I joined Habit Nu because I was prediabetic, and I did not want to a diabetic. I downloaded this app and just followed what they wanted is to do, It was so easy for me, and I'm not sure why it just was. I've made comments on the app went to group video meetings and logged all the food I ate. I think that really helps with your weight loss logging your food it kept me accountable. You have a coach while you're in the program which helps a lot of you have questions or just to listen to your coach

I don't like that this app doesn't work with my Samsung Galaxy Watch and that I'm forced to use my fitbit in order to track my exercise and steps for the day. The app frequently crashes too. I also don't like that the meetings I have with my coach can't be played properly, and I have to go online to watch the replay. And also the food tracking tool isn't quite updated and doesn't comprehend the items I eat into the system....

Looks good at first glance. Branded foods are listed, but then not for this region and ethnicity and portions. Exercise is only Steps and Other. I'm way beyond that. Weight values are not averaged over time, so appear more precise than should be. My personal experience is within 5 pounds is the same as no change at all, and must be averaged over a week to be lasting. I guess if you have nothing else to do all day, you could hack it to work for you. Thanks for all the 5 stars nothings!
