Habit nu was a great program & App that allowed me to track my food, exercise & weight. Its interface included a "zoom" type meeting space. The barcode scanner of different foods is my favorite feature. If we could only install one in the back of my throat. I had a great coach (Coach Chic) who supported the team of participants with discussion & articles of relevant topics. I give this app 4.95 stars.

Have completed 12 weeks of the program with better success at meeting my goals than I ever have on my own. My coach, Sally, has been wonderful. She makes herself available for questions and is always supportive and encouraging. Videos are informative and logging food and exercise keeps me accountable. Only downside is the logging can be time-consuming and the app isn't very user-friendly with customizing meals/recipes. Using a PC for this works a little better.

Disappointed that there are only options for 3 trackers (I have a watch already, I don't want a Fitbit). Didn't have a lot of food in the database when manually searching foods (unless I was using it wrong). I'll stick with my other tracking app. If more activity trackers and food were available, I would have considered using the other features of the program. Too bad.

I don't like that this app doesn't work with my Samsung Galaxy Watch and that I'm forced to use my fitbit in order to track my exercise and steps for the day. The app frequently crashes too. I also don't like that the meetings I have with my coach can't be played properly, and I have to go online to watch the replay. And also the food tracking tool isn't quite updated and doesn't comprehend the items I eat into the system....

Looks good at first glance. Branded foods are listed, but then not for this region and ethnicity and portions. Exercise is only Steps and Other. I'm way beyond that. Weight values are not averaged over time, so appear more precise than should be. My personal experience is within 5 pounds is the same as no change at all, and must be averaged over a week to be lasting. I guess if you have nothing else to do all day, you could hack it to work for you. Thanks for all the 5 stars nothings!
