I cannot say enough about this app and the program! I have been trying to get my weight down for many years and have not been able to consistently nor ever below 200 lbs. With the help of this app and program, along with my personal coach, Susie, I am under 200 for the first time in over 30 years! Being able to track steps, exercise, but most importantly, meals, I have succeeded in dropping 10% of my body weight and look forward to hitting my goal of 175 lbs. Have completed 12 weeks of the program with better success at meeting my goals than I ever have on my own. My coach, Sally, has been wonderful. She makes herself available for questions and is always supportive and encouraging. Videos are informative and logging food and exercise keeps me accountable. Only downside is the logging can be time-consuming and the app isn't very user-friendly with customizing meals/recipes. Using a PC for this works a little better.

Looks good at first glance. Branded foods are listed, but then not for this region and ethnicity and portions. Exercise is only Steps and Other. I'm way beyond that. Weight values are not averaged over time, so appear more precise than should be. My personal experience is within 5 pounds is the same as no change at all, and must be averaged over a week to be lasting. I guess if you have nothing else to do all day, you could hack it to work for you. Thanks for all the 5 stars nothings!

I don't like that this app doesn't work with my Samsung Galaxy Watch and that I'm forced to use my fitbit in order to track my exercise and steps for the day. The app frequently crashes too. I also don't like that the meetings I have with my coach can't be played properly, and I have to go online to watch the replay. And also the food tracking tool isn't quite updated and doesn't comprehend the items I eat into the system....
