Worked great before update. Since new version came out it crashes every time you try to look up a hail event. Update within 30 minutes of review and report, they got on it and had it fixed in about 12 hrs.

I cant figure out how to use anything on this app. I can't seem to get previous storm swaths removed, so I can see where a new storm hit. The canvassing app is worthless. None of the tags to mark the home even make sense. We integrated our crm with this app, and now you just see thousands of markers that block your view of the map, unless you are zoomed in 100%. Out of all the hail apps this is by far the most difficult to navigate.

Paid for an entire year while with 1 company and when leaving, the company locked me out of my email which locked me from hail trace. Think you guys cared? Nope and lost thousands with the excuse of, I needed access to my email.

DLd the app, it opens to a "sign in" page, but there is no registration page! I filled out the boxes, but they can't find my account--because THEY DON'T HAVE A PAGE TO CREATE ONE. Can't use it.
