I love Hallmark, but they need to add an option to clear our watch History inside the App instead of an outside website and there is no full description of a movie or series because it gets cut off and there's no way to tap it to read the rest like most apps in 2026. Many updates but they're not being fixed, love the content only place to watch good movies and series, and it's clean, so thank you for that Hallmark plus, The customer service is great too ❤️💯🌟🤗 Bye Netflix 😊

There needs to be a way to remove things from the continue watching list. There are movies on the list that I watched until the credits rolled. There are shows I didn't want to watch, but started playing because I was letting the credits roll to get my current movie off the list.

Edit: Just upgraded my Fire Stick to 4k, and now I'm constantly getting error while the movie is playing in the background. Please fix!! It used to be great! Ever since the update. My fire stick no longer works. I keep getting my device is not compatible. So now I can't watch what I'm paying for. That would have been a great notification to send to those who have a subscription like myself!
