Having come from an addiction to social media and news apps, I was slow adapting to this app when I delved deeper into the app just six weeks ago. Despite praying the rosary daily without this app for the past 15 months, I have now come to a full appreciation for the Hallow app and now use it multiple times daily. There is a plethora of gems to choose from and switch around using which I love to do. Variety somehow keeps me on my spiritual journey. Amazing app!

I love the content, but the app is buggy. It lost my day count after the better part of a year of daily prayer. Customer support has not resolved the issue.

I had interest to look into this app since it gives guidance and is about faith in God for free. I did not place subscription but then again I was surprised that an unauthorized deduction from my e-wallet amounting to P1990 from Google. It took me a while before I found out that this deduction was for an Annual Subscription for Hollow Inc app. Which I did not place and authorize. I am trying to place a report for this unauthorized transaction and request refund, but it only had me go in circles.

Shallow app lost is way. For the millions they drop in Superbowl ads and sus celeb endorsements you'd think they'd invest more in their engineering team to make the app not complete chaos. It never remembers where you left off, no personalization and no onboarding and on and on. Shallow is starting to move away from its original Catholic niche for $ which is comically a classic biblical tale. Shallow app has no idea what it wants to be or where it's going and its obvious when using.

I was so disappointed with this app. I was automatically deducted for an amount of 1,990 pesos for a free trial. Without notification! I'm asking for an immediate cancellation!

Was charged 74.95 after a year, was not able to cancel after free trial because cancel box does not work. Tried contacting company, there's no way to get in contact with them.

Do not work on airplane mode, delete hallow they just want your money. They are better apps who give you offline for free.
