Been doing these exercise for 45 days now, and I must say this program is amazing. My overall symptoms have improved from ADHD, and now I am actually able to atlest attend to some of important stuff in my life. Usually I burn out after 3 weeks of doing anything consistently, but somehow I have been able to hold out and see the benefits.

It's too expensive. If I had my adhd under control and could focus better than a flea, I could afford this. I love the options avail, which I seriously need. Employment is an issue for many reasons associated with my ADHD. Other than that, I think it would be brilliant.

I cannot justify paying just under £300 a month for an app. There isn't a month, week or even day free trial? Yes, I'll just hand over the cash and HOPE the app is good.

Wow! It cost $300 plus a month! You can't even trial it. I heard Dr. H say it was affordable. Affordable for who Dr. H? Your elite private clients? I'm sorry. I do not mean any disrespect; however, that price point and what you say your passion is, they do not align.
