I seem to have lost the events option button in the stats section. I can no longer view past error events e.g. filter protect message etc. Can anybody assist with how to get this option back please?

Had issues, fixed very quickly. App won't open, keeps crashing. Every time I try to open the app, it just crashes and closes. I can no longer control my pump timing through the app. And the email support address "does not exist". After contacting the business via online chat, the issue was resolved within the day. Turned a frustrating situation into an example of cracking good service! Wonderful.

Rereviewing. Previous review highlighted issues with connecting. With the new update I can connect once in every 10 or so tries. If I am within 3 meters the connection works fine. So hardly a remote capability. There is still no support for Google home or alexa. I have disconnected my waterfall pump and used an Ikea switch instead that works better than this supposedly custom-built app. For controlling the pool. Overall - for the money paid for the controller it's a terrible app.

It'll only connect to my chlorinator when I'm in the building, never remotely... Kind of ruins the point of it.

When will this app be updated to actually allow push notifications to work? You get nothing when your expensive pool system is in fault. Its ridiculous it has been this way for so long now. App developer please provide an update.
