Hello Halo reads, I think something is wrong with the top comments tab. What happens is when I click the top comments of a certain story chapter then go to another top comment, I found out the comments are all the same. Even if I switch from a different story, the comments from the previous story also reflect which made it confusing hehe. I hope this gets fixed, as someone who wants to read new stories I always go first to top comments to see engagement of other readers. Thank u!

I love the app, but I've noticed that when I'm reading a story, it tends to hang, and sometimes I can't even scroll anymore. This happens even when my internet connection is stable. Can this issue be fixed?

I want to read stories but when I try to click the profile of the author and want to add the story to my library, it just won't open no matter how many times I try to click the story.

The app is promising, however just like what the other user commented, the claim to read books offline is UNTRUE. I've tried everything, like making sure that the book cover would appear once you downloaded the book to the library, manually opening all chapters ONLINE one by one, but when I turn off the data or the Wi-Fi, I cannot read anything offline. I don't understand. You claimed it's readable online but why is it not? Please, help me understand this.
