Hamara ReQruit

Reqruit ATS — Built for India's Blue & Grey Collar Hiring
Recruiters filling blue and grey collar roles need speed, not spreadsheets. Reqruit ATS is purpose-built for high-volume hiring — warehouse staff, delivery associates, drivers, field sales, and frontline roles — where every day a mandate stays open costs you money.
Source from everywhere, in one pipeline
Pull candidates directly from Hamara Jobs, your own database, or legacy migrated pools — all tracked in a single, unified pipeline. No more juggling five channels and losing candidates in the gaps.
Referrals that actually convert
Turn your client's own employees into a hiring channel. Automated WhatsApp-based referral flows, instant payouts, and built-in fraud checks mean more qualified referrals with less manual chasing.
AI-powered screening, at scale
Multilingual AI telecalling pre-screens candidates before they hit your desk — so recruiters spend time on conversations that convert, not cold dials that don't.
Know what's actually working
Track Time-to-Fill, Offer-to-Join Ratio, Active Mandates & Fill Rate, and Source Quality by channel — so you always know which sources deliver hires, not just applicants.
Built for how Indian recruiters actually work
450+ role taxonomy covering blue and grey collar positions
WhatsApp-native candidate engagement
Mandate-level visibility for team-based closing
Clean, fast mobile-first interface
Whether you're an in-house TA team or a staffing agency managing dozens of mandates, Reqruit ATS is built to get roles filled faster — with the data to prove it.
