Already subscribe to the dictionary plus but still cannot fully use it!!!

I like the way I get to practice listening, speaking, reading and writing at the same time. I only hope there is a better way to prolong the VIP status. Review again on 26 June 2024..... I paid for the full Dictionary Plus annual subscription. After automatic renewal, the handwriting function stopped working, and I cannot key in text with chinese handwriting. Uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, but it still doesn't work. Please offer a solution.
