This is not only an amazing app, but the entire Handley system (app + equipment setup) is a game changer for EMS. And not only pediatric care but adult care too! Park view Health provides EMS services for 8+ counties in NE Indiana and have the Handley system and app at all of our sites for a little over 2 years. Honestly really like this app during and on codes or if you're needing to check a med dose, way more user-friendly on ped calls. That being said the agency I work for had a rate tied in for Handley - turns out Handley refused to honor it with the "NEW" we ether have a version that will no longer be supported or forced to pay 3 times the agreed upon rate. So if you're looking to use this app be aware they are out for the money. Not for the patient or agency's it's all about the upsell...

Holds your hand, So I can see the potential for being great but in practice I don't like it at all. Forced to reinstall, it opens to the title screen and never loads, just a logo that never goes away, android (pixel 10 phone). I also have an iPhone at work that seems to load, but it's cloud based, so I lose access to all protocols, data and functionality when I'm in dead zones. No ISO integration so you lose all your data you put in a code. Too many clicks to get needed info. Needs to be local
