Draws with an offset that makes it annoying to draw accurately

It's too slow to be functional for handwriting with a stylus.

Can I really not change the color, fort, size, anything? Also, the pen tip location vs where the writing shows up has a full mm disparity, & there is no stroke continuity. The tech is simple so not sure how this so wildly missed the mark :/
