My first order took so long to wait 1 hour It was better to use go food and grab at least it shows the costumer how long the food is going to be cooked and delivered this app isn't and it sucks

Verification process so disappointed!!! Have tried 2 times sms and missed cal, should wait 1 hour. Then try again still the same. Meanwhile, the Help center via WA didn't help and answer default then blame the connection where my connection on the best performance.
