Been paying for Hanna's workouts for the past three years, and it's been worth every penny! Not only do I love being able to work out from the comfort of my own home (or anywhere for that matter) but it also allows me to get savage with my workouts without anyone watching. Having the freedom to grunts, groans, make weird faces or sometimes even slap your a** for motivation in private is a win.👍 Your never board with the HEF training, and I've never had anything stick/work like her workouts do!!!

Unsubscribed after 2 years of use due to the new app release which lacks full library of workouts. The price increased, but I lost access to workouts I loved. I would have been OK paying more if there was the same content as before. Such a pity because I love Hannah and Paolo and find it hard to switch to other instructors after so many excellent workouts with them. Ironically the new version app has turned me away instead of inspiring. I used to feel as part of HEF tribe, but it has changed. A
