I love this program. I found Hannah Eden through another fitness app that came with a piece of cardio equipment and didn't realize she was also the badass woman I followed on Instagram with all the awesome workouts. While I enjoy the cardio equipment and app, HEF is more my jam. The workouts are challenging but can be scaled as needed. Hannah and Paulo go are very thorough with their workout explanations, and warm-ups. The workouts are entertaining and never boring, with lots of variety. Buy it!

Unsubscribed after 2 years of use due to the new app release which lacks full library of workouts. The price increased, but I lost access to workouts I loved. I would have been OK paying more if there was the same content as before. Such a pity because I love Hannah and Paolo and find it hard to switch to other instructors after so many excellent workouts with them. Ironically the new version app has turned me away instead of inspiring. I used to feel as part of HEF tribe, but it has changed. A
