I love Happier Meditation 🧘‍♀️. There are many different teachers with so much helpful advice. I love Jeff, Cara, Dawn and Susan for the times I want to be easy going. I love Oren and Serene for when I want to have a better understanding of why and when I need compassion, and then I enjoy Matt, Sharon and Joseph for interesting tidbits and advice. Happier has been instrumental in my recovery and mental health. It's been the best decision joining Happier. I'm so glad I found this app.

This is my favorite meditation app. It feels matter-of-fact and the teachers are calm and practical. No gimmicks, just practical advice and practice for the real world. I do miss Dan Harris though.

This used to be a fantastic ap, but there hasn't been any new meditation material in more than a year, just recycling of previous material New stuff seems to be focused on podcasts... was a mistake to renew If you're new to ap there is a lot of great material, but nothing new limits growth & gets stale... too bad because I'm sure the great crew of meditation teachers has more to offer

This app would be 5 stars, except that during meditations, it pauses every couple minutes for no reason at all. This makes the app unusable. I've been hoping that they would fix it, but it's been like this for about 3 weeks and multiple app updates have failed to fix the issue. Will update my review back to 5 stars once this is fixed.

Latest update has MAJOR issues -- notably the playback of whatever meditation you're on stops a couple of minutes in. What is the point of a sleep meditation if I need to keep unlocking my phone and restarting it? Serious bug that should be fixed for paying subscribers!
