It works well. The only BIG suggestion I could make is have a pay at store option. I prefer to use cash and always having to pay with card is slightly inconvenient I have definitely backed out of ordering a few times because there was jo pay with cash at store option.

App is horrible, tried to use gift card, but it won't accept the use of it at all if it is under the total due instead of allowing the customer to add the funds to the order. And when I went to add my credit card, I was expecting a chance to review the order, but instead, it just automatically charges you. With how much money they monopolize by shutting out competition, you would think they would be able to afford an ordering system that works with their own products and doesn't feel like a scam.

The app works great for ordering food but don't believe the app when it says what time your order will be ready for pickup. I've used this app 3 times and every time I show up when it says my order will be ready, but they don't start making the order until I show up.
