For the people complaining about having to pay money, it depends on how fast you absolutely have to progress. If you do the free bonus and watch the three ads every day you will get enough diamonds and money and the added bonuses like fast speed whatever to progress it's just slower. So if you're not a maniac and addicted and can wait the time and keep playing then it's really a pretty decent game. I do spend money on it because it's what I want to do but not a ton. And I think it's interesting

Love the game, been playing for a while and yes, have paid for some rewards. Biggest complaint is that I earn rewards and the game does not give them, specifically the diamonds, especially when it's a reward like 20 diamonds. Have written to the developer several times about this, and they never respond. Very disappointing.

Ads are misleading. The pictures you see in this app is not the main game but rather a mini-game. That mini-game is not interactive enough, and it is only like watching a video. In the main game, the levels don't gradually get hard, one level it's basic and the next one is so hard and the next one is 10 times harder. You are forced to watch ads just to gain coins to buy upgrades, but sometimes it is not even enough. The only thing that's good is the finding stuff game. I quite enjoyed that one

You won't progress with this game. So you get the coins and change things, but she will go the same speed to help. So even though you spent the coins to make the Dr's or her go faster she will not nor will the Dr's. So no matter what you do you won't progress unless you spend real money for it, and even then your still throttled. I'm deleting. Been play for months and have bought the diamonds, only to find out It's still throttled, and you won't win.
