Completely useless; does not work!! I installed this to my phone to set up the HMD Fuse for my child. However, I get an error message saying the app is no longer supported! I can't verify my phone because of this and can't link it to my child's phone as guardian. It renders their phone completely unusable. Support is useless and was no help either. A huge waste of money

Bought this as my 11-year-olds first phone before she starts secondary. The phone was bought primarily so that she can contact both us and her friends and also take decent photos. I looked around for a phone that would shield her from social media and anything we deemed harmful. This seemed great however as soon as I downloaded the app to my phone and opened it there was a banner message stating that "Adding a new device is currently unavailable due to technical issues..." Rubbish.
