Description
Divorce brings a lot of emotions with it. On top of that, there's a great deal to organise — especially when children are involved. That's exactly why it helps when planning and communication around co-parenting don't add to the stress. Because whether you have a great relationship with your ex or things are particularly difficult, the last thing you need is unnecessary notes, to-dos, and endless messaging threads.
Harmoneaz understands the challenges separated parents face. With this app, we aim to reduce the hassle and stress, leaving more time and energy for the care and wellbeing of your children — and for both parents themselves. An app that brings clarity and structure, enabling more focused communication between co-parents.
What does the app offer?
Clear calendar: The calendar uses colour-coding to show which parent is responsible for the children on any given day. Schedules are easy to set up, and temporary schedules can be created when arrangements differ — such as during school holidays. Daily events like a dentist appointment, or recurring weekly events like football practice, can also be added and are clearly marked in the calendar.
Day notes: There will often be things that are useful, important, or simply nice to share with the other parent. Day notes make this easy. Notes are displayed throughout the entire care period, so they can be discussed at handover or read by the receiving parent in advance. No need to keep separate notes in other apps. Photos can also be attached to day notes.
Checklists: Co-parenting means packing. Even when a lot is available in both homes, there are always things that need to travel back and forth. To make sure nothing gets forgotten, the app includes a handy packing list that's easy to tick off. And for one-off items — like that dress for the Christmas dinner or a drawing the kids really want to show grandma and grandpa — those can be added as a one-time checklist item. Once the next handover has taken place, they disappear from the list automatically.
To-dos: A passport that needs renewing or a dentist appointment that needs to be made — these are the kinds of to-dos you can log in the app and optionally assign to one of the parents. They're immediately visible, so nothing slips through the cracks. Notifications and reminders can be turned on or off as needed.
Parenting agreements: Divorce comes with a lot of paperwork, and many agreements are recorded in a parenting plan. These documents can be lengthy, making it hard to quickly look up who had first choice for scheduling the summer holidays this year. The app lets you record the most important practical agreements so they're always easy to find. Alimony agreements can also be logged separately, with the option to automatically calculate the annual indexation.
Expenses and settlement: Alongside alimony, there are often separate costs for the children that need to be split, think school supplies or sports gear. Log an expense with amount, description and optionally a photo of the receipt, and choose whether it's split according to the agreed ratio or paid jointly. Each month you get a single overview of the balance and who owes what; mark the month as settled or carry the balance forward to the next month.
Access: Once you've created a group in the app, you can invite the other parent to join. You then manage the group together. Children can also be given limited access to the app (calendar and packing lists), and additional caregivers can be added to the group. Adding extra accounts requires approval from both parents, and you can specify whether they have view-only or editing rights.

Recent changes: Setting up care schedules is now faster. Pick a template (Week/week, 2-2-5-5, Alternating weekend, or an uneven block such as 6/8): the handover days are filled in automatically once you indicate who starts with care — and stay adjustable afterwards. A toggle lets you fully flip the schedule. For a temporary schedule you no longer start from an empty calendar: the existing handover days are already there. Week previews now show the week number. Plus various improvements for divorce specialists.
