Comments on Harmony® for Android

★★★★★ Adam Outler · Mar 13, 2025

My experience is great! It's not a great app, but it allows setup. After setup, I never use the app as harmony connects to Home Assistant. The app is awesome at setup and my review reflects my use case. If I were using this app to control devices, I'd be very unhappy as it's pretty clunky and appears to be more of a demo of what's possible rather than a polished product.

Brilliant app for Logitech harmony hub, even has full functionality with my vintage onkyo avr. Pity there's no support for the hub anymore

Update:2025 & still served its purpose for me. Not the most fluid experience but hey they discontinued Harmony Remotes quite a while ago & still keep the app updated so that it works with the Play Store & modern phones.* App works great for set up & settings adjustment. Props for continuing to support the app even though Logitech has ended Harmony Remotes. Still the best universal remote ever even with its flaws.

7/2025 sad 😔 my harmony hub was discontinued from support by harmony after many yrs. My devices are all connected, and I have no idea where to go or buy to replace an amazing controller!!!! This is the 1 star that when u buy a product and the company closes down server... IT IS SO WRONG! MILLIONS OF CUSTOMERS, Now I have a paper weight 🙃 and I will never buy Logitech devices again or tell others 😑... !

★☆☆☆☆ Melvin Patterson · Aug 10, 2026

Since Harmony has discontinued support for their own app and hardware, its become impossible to modify the functions on remote - which essentially brick it.

★☆☆☆☆ Bobby Hoggard · Apr 19, 2025

App used to work fine, but it will no longer connect to the hub. I enter the ip address, and it still can't find it!!
