My experience is great! It's not a great app, but it allows setup. After setup, I never use the app as harmony connects to Home Assistant. The app is awesome at setup and my review reflects my use case. If I were using this app to control devices, I'd be very unhappy as it's pretty clunky and appears to be more of a demo of what's possible rather than a polished product.

Update:2025 & still served its purpose for me. Not the most fluid experience but hey they discontinued Harmony Remotes quite a while ago & still keep the app updated so that it works with the Play Store & modern phones.* App works great for set up & settings adjustment. Props for continuing to support the app even though Logitech has ended Harmony Remotes. Still the best universal remote ever even with its flaws.

Can't connect to hub anymore, stopped working with Google Home saying my device has a security issue. Googled the error, and it goes back at least 6 years with no clear resolution. Logitech claimed they'd support this as long as we used it, but they ended support in late May 2025. I've been a Logitech loyalist for decades, but no more. The sorry support and outright dropping of this product has caused me to no longer buy any Logitech products again.

As of today, my app can no longer find the hub for my Harmony Ultimate, not sure what happened, but I really hope this isn't it for updating my remote. I really need to modify my activities.

Will never buy another Logitech product after they killed support for a $120 remote that worked fine

7/2025 sad 😔 my harmony hub was discontinued from support by harmony after many yrs. My devices are all connected, and I have no idea where to go or buy to replace an amazing controller!!!! This is the 1 star that when u buy a product and the company closes down server... IT IS SO WRONG! MILLIONS OF CUSTOMERS, Now I have a paper weight 🙃 and I will never buy Logitech devices again or tell others 😑... !
