It was my absolute favorite game. Until it crashed and didn't let me back on so I had to uninstall and reinstall. Lost all my work and cant get it back. So now I'm uninstalling and I'm not installing again

I used to really enjoy this game but it suddenly just stopped working and I couldn't open it anymore. I was connected to Google play and the only option I had was reinstalling.. Now my progress is gone. Never going to play this game again until I get my progress back!

Have played this game for a while and although I was linked to Google and thought my progress would be saved I have lost my game 3 times now, the last time at level 34. Despite contacting the Customer Support I was told there was no facility to re instate my game. I am now uninstalling for good. Would not recommend anyone to bother downloading as you can work hard building up town for weeks and then suddenly everything is lost!!!!!
