★★★★★ I like the type of exercises in general. It has offered nice workouts so far. My only pros are the fact that no notifications are offered as to the days of exercise or prompts for the exercise changes, so one needs to keep an eye for them. Then there isn't also any way of unsubscribing. I have a busy life, so I'd love to find something that keeps me on track. Having said that, I do like the exercise and meal programs.

★★★★★ I saw this ad and paid my fee and was very disappointed... I was looking for chair exercises, but they weren't available... I contacted Hanna a couple of times but didn't get a response which was also disappointing... then Christine responded and explained the issue Hanna was having with the chair exercises and explained they were working on this problem... then she nicely refunded my money, and she would let me know when they would be up and running... I was happy for her time she took with me...

★★☆☆☆ Dreadful. I tried to cancel before end of trial but instead was charged for a subscription which I didn't want. I am still trying to cancel and get a refund but so far have no reply. Would not recommend.

★★☆☆☆ I was just debited 50euro for this app. SCAM, do not purchase. I was not aware of this, they sneak it into the small print. I also don't know where to cancel subscription, they do not make it easy.
