★★★★☆ Alex Dolin · Aug 2, 2024

Love the tea, the company, and the app, but the app needs to include the ingredients for each tea please.

★★★★★ Ronnie White · Oct 22, 2022

I live in Las Vegas, and I'm so glad I found this Tea Company. I order often and have my orders shipped right to. I love it!! ❤️! If you're looking for more than just hot tea!! Check this tea company out. 😀! Ronnie~

★★★★★ Alisha McEwen-Slyker · Sep 21, 2021

I love it! Thank you Harney and Sons for blending my favorite teas!!

★★☆☆☆ J Sternling · Nov 6, 2023

I loved this app and used it without problems until a couple of weeks ago. Now it tells me to update (I can't acess the app) but the update only takes me to Google Play where no update option is available. I tried to uninstall and reinstall-no luck. So now I can't order my favorite teas using the app. I missed out on a good sale because I was grappling with this issue for a couple days-trying to get it to work.

★☆☆☆☆ Alan Haley · Mar 1, 2021

Product information doesn't load right and sometimes buttons don't work. Just use the website. (I love their teas, it's just this app that stinks.)

★★☆☆☆ Jessica Mae Silva · Sep 6, 2026

Love the tea, but the app needs serious work. It won't load half the time.
