Really easy to sell clothes on here, just take 2 pictures of each item for an instant price for your items, then package them up and send with the courier, it's as easy as that

Not as easy to use the actual app as it won't let you submit some of your clothing items, but I was very pleased to get rid of items I would not sell anywhere else and my basket was actually getting bigger and bigger and the price I was at the end was quite reasonable! I'm overall happy with this and would do it again! Not to mention the great customer support they have! Very pleased with the whole experience, Haru team really made sure all was okay for me!

Poor Return I uploaded and sent off 21 items, many with labels. After Haru sorted, recalculated, and deducted postage. I was then given approx £25. Which I have not received. My emails have all bounced back. No other way to contact them.

Tried 3 different items with clear photos of the front & brand - their AI said photos weren't clear, probably because they automatically crop every photo to not show the entire item. Tried a 4th item - pair of Bertha shorts in good condition. This one finally went through, and after all the time calculating, it came up with a whopping £0.10. Yes. 10p. Their ads are extremely misleading - making you think you'll get at least a few £ from 1 item like they show in their ads. What an absolute joke

I have used this app once and got a payout. It worked quite well. When I have tried to upload a good picture it would not process, I have tried a few times but no luck.

AI deciding the worth of your clothes? Don't think so. Brand-new dress with tag still on never worn. Offer. 10 pence, yes you read right. 10p. I'd rather give it to charity shop. Lucky it had 1 star to be honest.
