Absolute trash compliance system that they enforce. Can't withdraw to "unknown' entities such as Kraken or Coinbase lol, they're so unknown they do 1000x the daily volume of you guys. Can't withdraw to your private wallet if you've ever used that wallet for anything. You are forced to make a new wallet and then send the funds there, and then transfer it to your real one. Who are you helping or protecting with these idiotic "compliance" exactly? It's just wasting time to bypass.

Just installed the app and when I tried to sign up it says "Account Anomaly. Action Blocked" I've never even used this app before and already experience problem.

Garbage. Even signing up isn't that good, first tried signing up via number, it said that I've tried on that number many times even though I'm doing it for the first time?! Then I just decided to sign up via email now I block because of unusual activity or something?! I'm just doing this for Free cash tasks but won't even let me so what's the point, just like other says there's no visible support to contact, it's frustrating even on signing up so what do I expect if I continue, waste of time.

This stupid crypto xchange app is the worst of all xchange app I used. They will letu suffer and have a hard time in withdrawing or depositing fiat or crypto in their app. REGARDLESS I AM A VERIFIED USER Through THEIR KYC and this isn how they treat users. Its just $1.99only this is ao stupidity and so disrespectful to ur user specially I am KYC verified user of your app. I seriously DO NOT RECOMMEND this tripping HASHKEY APPor any other apps from them ❌❌❌❌

Absolutely terrible experience They straight up ate $1 from my deposit with no explanation, and withdrawals take FOREVER to process, Feels like they're playing games with users' money. Do NOT trust this exchange with your funds until they fix this mess. Extremely disappointed 👎 HASHKEY SCAMMER
