Happy to change score if this is sorted! I have both home and car policies with Hastings, only the home details are showing, even if I use the link sent when my car policy was accepted. Very confusing app, and if you leave a quote to cone back to later, there are no options found to edit what has already been entered! Crazy app and I'm regretting using Hastings for my car insurance now... I might need quick access to my info and that's the whole benefit (usually) to using apps!

Despite my phone settings being correct, this app/dongle is very inaccurate at times. It records phone use whilst parked in a car park with the engine off and standing outside the car. This app also records journeys made 6 hours apart as one journey. I had to laugh when, it appears, I drove home in a straight line through fields. Could have sworn I was actually driving on the road! Wouldn't be so bad if fictitious phone use didn't have a detrimental impact on scoring. No way to challenge either.
