Bought the Hatch Grow in hopes of keeping track of my newborns weight! Well, he's been around a month now and not once have I been able to use the scale because the app will not pair to it. I've tried everything, extremely disappointing because the changing pad/scale was expensive.

Cannot connect to the Hatch Baby Grow with Android 11 using Bluetooth LE. The hatch baby shows up and after pressing it, I see "Connecting..." a few times and it never connects, and just goes back to showing available devices.

Brand new out of the box and app requires an upgrade yet it won't upgrade on my android phone. This shouldn't be this complicated especially as one is carrying for a 7 wk old baby. For the price, it makes a very expensive change table if there is no use of the scale.
