Bought a 4 power outlet 4 USB ports Wi-Fi power strip to try this brand. The App user experience has turned me off from buying any more of their smart products. At least with this power strip the app is buggy, not intuitive or user-friendly. Major issue is that the individual power outlets can only be named and individually controlled whilst being setup not after, only option after setup is to remove the power strip.

Just bought the IR transceiver and installed the app but always crashes. Tried clearing cache and everything, and I'm still unable to keep the app open. Does thos mean there is no way for me to use the IR remote??
