Great for submitting a ticket but does not allow you to respond to messages. I submitted a claim and somebody responded with available times, but I was unable to reply! And there was no contact information for anyone on the app, so I ended up having to go on a computer.

Terrible user experience. Not able to see past tickets, one photo attachment per ticket limit. The design decisions for this app are not meant to be user-friendly.

Not user-friendly. Once a ticket is closed you cannot see it or the messages associated with it. You can only have 2 tickets open at a time.
