This is an amazing app. It makes food logging so easy with the AI photo tool. It is so much more than that. Each food is given a score that weighs satiety (protein and fiber content to keep you full) versus calories versus flavor / pleasure (hedonistic score). I hate counting calories and looking at food this way makes so much more sense. The app helps you eliminate the junk from your diet and focus on whole healthy natural foods.

HAVA, a new concept and a revolution in eating for health and wellness, throughout your entire life. It's brilliant. It's based on eating for Satiety Per Calorie (SPC) I'd suggest to anyone wanting to lose weight and or just simply get healthier to try it out, you won't regret it. Perfect......it's just the right tool to use if nutrition is your main focus & concern. Hava has a health based focus rather than calories, and I find that far more beneficial for my body, mind and mental health. I gained weight. I was hungry. I had cravings. Low fat doesn't work. When I reached out to cancel my subscription before the free trial period was over, I got an automated reply stating that the company just filed for bankruptcy, and they couldn't help me with my cancelation! I don't see the app in my Google subscriptions to cancel, so I am hoping I don't get charged for it!!!

Absolute scammers. They're having gone bankrupt. You can't use the app now. I was never informed. Just got an email saying that my subscription was cancelled. Which I never did. I'm now owed £74.99 as I had this less than a month now.
