It's a decent app w/ a few caveats. I like the satiety scores and mainly want to track protein and calories, but when I compare calories and other macros to the same data in "My Fitness Pal", they're always drastically different. I also wish there was a list of my frequently consumed foods to quickly add without having to search for them every time. There is a feature when you first go to enter a meal where you can copy previously entered meals, but there is no option to select individual items.

HAVA, a new concept and a revolution in eating for health and wellness, throughout your entire life. It's brilliant. It's based on eating for Satiety Per Calorie (SPC) I'd suggest to anyone wanting to lose weight and or just simply get healthier to try it out, you won't regret it. Myself, I've lost over 30 lbs in the last 5 months and finally found that feeling of satiety.

I’ve used a lot of food tracking apps over the years, and Hava food tracking app is easily the most innovative one I’ve come across. What makes it different is it doesn’t obsess over calories the way traditional apps do. Instead, it focuses on SATIETY PER CALORIE (genius). As a competitive bodybuilder deep in contest prep currently, this has been surprisingly useful. I still understand my macros, but applying the concept of Satiety Per Calorie (SPC) has made it much easier to stay adherent in

Be careful with this app if you need any kind of support from them. No acknowledgement of your request, no communication whatsoever. You are left in the dark. If you sign up for the 7-day free trial they promise a reminder before you will be charged, but you will not get one. Just be aware of this. If you are charged and don't want to use the app, good luck getting a response for a refund of your subscription. There isn't even a notification within the app to alert the trail is about to end.

I gained weight. I was hungry. I had cravings. Low fat doesn't work. When I reached out to cancel my subscription before the free trial period was over, I got an automated reply stating that the company just filed for bankruptcy, and they couldn't help me with my cancelation! I don't see the app in my Google subscriptions to cancel, so I am hoping I don't get charged for it!!!
