Features for outdoor, especially for hiking, it hasn't needed to connect to gps in haylou solar lite 2 when it started, so I can't afford data that I need to know like maps of course. In the apps just provide running outdoor, walking outdoor, and cycling outdoor, just that, there's no more sports I can't find in the apps when I need to use gps for my sports like hiking.

I use haylou solar ultra device, when I go trekking I use sport mode hiking and outdoor walk, it's great, but the problem is on exercise data there is no elevation data, I try connect to strata but The elevation data is very imprecise. I hope it will fix it.

The app seems to be functional and ok, but the rs4 (ls12) has way too less watch faces. It doesn’t even let me edit the custom watch face too much, and the analogue function for custom watch faces is also missing. You guys definitely should add some watch faces for Haylou Rs4 (ls12).

Hello Haylou Team, I would like to report a possible software bug on my Haylou Solar Neo 2. After 12:00 AM (midnight), the watch continues to display "PM" instead of automatically changing to "AM", even when it is connected to my phone and the time itself is correct. I also noticed that if I manually go to the watch settings and select "AM", it still remains on "PM" after midnight. The issue does not get fixed unless I restart the watch or turn it off and on again. I already mail it
