It's okay, When taking your profile picture, the white circle doesn't actually indicate where your face should be, it's too high. There's also no option to change your username from the provided default yet.

The app kept freezing. The email link to set a password kept returning me to the link to get a link to set a password. That gets a bit confusing 😂. It unecessarily wants access to your entire life. Finally got a password and got into the app. Took a photo, then it closed itself down and hasn't worked since. Had to delete & download a second time. Fingers crossed.

Poor service. Won't accept my password, which is definitely correct, and says the username is invalid when trying to reset the password, despite it being the accurate username. Loads forever sometimes. Disappointing how awful this app service is when the agency it represents has been nothing but professional and helpful to the nth degree. Not a good representation for the overall experience I have had with Hays; again, the agency is great, it is just the app that sucks.
