Very good love Adam of the week free item of the week everything was just it was just great the way it was all listed and all you had to do is throw and find what you wanted if it was there I always go through right man down then all I have to do is go in the store and get it I know right what I want.

Love my local Hays. They have a better selection of most things. Not just rows and rows of their brand. Their white cake with white icing are the best. We buy them and keep some in the freezer all the time. C Can't say enough about the meat department. And they help you load your car. Awesome!

I have not been able to place an online order in THREE WEEKS ! This IS the WORST ONLINE APP AT ANY STORE -EVER- !!! THERE IS EVEN A CREDIT CARD ON MY ACCOUNT THAT ISN'T MINE !!! It is refusing to let me remove the credit card and refusing to allow me to charge or update my own payment method. I'm going to have to shop another store out of town because WHOEVER CREATED this APP is NOT SKILLED enough to MAINTAIN IT !!! BE A MAN and TURN THIS BUSINESS OVER to someone who KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING !

This has to be one of the worst apps ever created. The menu is all screwy and does not list all possible departments. If you are satisfied eating whatever Hays thinks you should eat, you could surely order something on this app. But if you prefer to eat what you want to eat, forget it -- you cannot do that with this app. And it does not "go back." Hitting the back button once does nothing. Hitting the back button twice, closes the app. Can someone explain why I care "what other people bought"???
