Although customer service wasn't the fastest, they took care of our order and even resized a ring that didn't initially fit! After figuring out this was the app to use with the rings (NOT hart lock) we were able to pair our phones and connect to each other's rings to send and receive heartbeats. I bought 2 of these rings as wedding bands, they never worked. My wife and I ensured our phones met the system requirements for the rings and app before purchase. But we could never connect to eiher of our rings. The ring would connect for 1 second and then instantly disconnect. There is no help for troubleshooting on their site other than the standard video. Finally, the first time I dropped my ring, its outer casing shattered. Waist of $1,200 for the rings.
