Good. Take some time to load history but still okay. Now the signal kinda stupid. My car clearly off but on gps after a hour still show engine on. I don't know if this from my internet spd or signal. This never happen before. I been use this almost a year

I've recently changed my mobile and been trying to log in this app in my new mobile. The password unchanged yet, I'm unable to login. At the same time, tried to reset the password. It says password send successfully, but I didn't receive any email either in the inbox or spam. Called the customer service about this issue, but they ignored the technical issues from their side.
