2 stars for the fact that my job said I had to download it to learn a new way of "clocking in and out", due to a new system. Downloaded it and it's not even on there. So I have zero idea if that is on YOU or if it's the company, suppose I'll find out later.

This app won't even let me out of the starting gate. I don't understand how some are able to use the app and others are not. The lady at the office told me no one has been able to use this caregiving training tool.

This app will let you get so far, and then it would tell you to click to go further, and then it would just freeze once you're almost done, and then you got to start all over again then they might send you another app to do it on the computer which I haven't received, yet it's just frustrating especially when you have a child with schizophrenia and brain injury I just I don't get it but miss Karen has been very helpful I've been up all night with the sick child and this app that doesn't work
