Get 24x7 access to your Hastings Deering services and information and Caterpillar equipment in one location so you can keep your business moving.
EQUIPMENT INFORMATION HD360 gives you a 360-degree view of your Caterpillar equipment. See a list of your Caterpillar equipment including basic information such as serial numbers, hours, location of the asset, and fault codes. You can see a map of the location of your equipment plus the Hastings Deering branch locations.
EQUIPMENT CONNECTIVITY Your Caterpillar equipment is organised by connectivity status. Connectivity is where your Caterpillar equipment is digitally connected to provide near real time information on your assets. HD360 uses a simple colour coded system to show which of your assets are connected and when they last reported.
• Green: asset is connected and reported in the last 2 weeks • Orange: asset is connected but has not reported in the last 2 weeks • Grey: asset is not connected. If your asset is showing as not connected you can quickly send through a connectivity request from the app.
MAP VIEW It’s easy to switch to map view where you can view the location of your connected assets and the location of all Hastings Deering Australia branches. You can also click on any asset and be directed to the location of the asset in Google Maps. if you want to quickly get in contact with your local branch, you can call Hastings Deering directly from the app by clicking on the phone number within the map.
FAULT CODES When you click on a specific asset, you will quickly see a high-level view of machine fault codes. A more detailed view is also available by clicking on the fault code. If your machine is not connected, a fault codes library is available to search for fault codes to understand the nature of the fault or error code.
SERVICE HISTORY Hastings Deering’s HD360 app also shows useful machine service information. By clicking on the asset, you can see a full list of the services completed by Hastings Deering Australia. You can easily download a pdf of the machine’s service history (logbook) directly from the app.
FINANCE INFORMATION No longer do you have to call to get access to crucial finance information. The HD360 app gives you 24/7 access to your credit limit, invoices, and statements when you click on Finance in the menu.
You can check your credit limit and credit balance. You can also request a copy of your finance statement, see your spend history, check your spend by category (parts, service, rental), view your invoices, request one or multiple invoices which will be emailed, and search and filter invoices to easily find the right information quickly.
TRACK YOUR PARTS ORDERS When you order your genuine Caterpillar parts from Hastings Deering you can track your parts order status through HD360. By clicking on Parts Tracker, you can see a list of your orders made through Hastings Deering including the order type (collect/delivery), order status, and estimated completion date. Each order will also show details including the ‘ready by’ dates, part numbers, and quantity. Where applicable, you can also view shipping details including freight tracking. For easy tracking, you can filter your items based on status and search by purchase order or sales order number. You will receive Order Confirmation alerts as well as Parts Ready for Collection or Parts Dispatched status updates in the app if you have opted into notifications. You also have the power to manage the notifications you receive as we’ve made it easy to opt-in and out of receiving each notification type.
YOUR PROFILE You can easily check your details by selecting “See your profile” link in the main menu located in the bottom righthand corner. Once you’ve clicked, you will see your name and contact details, assigned companies, and assigned roles.
WHAT’S NEW HD360 will be regularly updated, so to review new features select “what’s new” link in the main menu located in the bottom right-hand corner.
