★★☆☆☆ If I have to share statement then I have to share my customer ID why ? Previous system was too much better.

★★☆☆☆ This application is very bad. The old (previous) app was much better. In that app, there was no need to enter the PIN. But in this new app, you have to enter the PIN 10 times, and even then the payment does not get processed quickly when it is actually needed. Such a useless app should be shut down. It takes 10–15 minutes just to make one payment. There are so many issues with this bank’s app. No one should use this new application. I don’t understand how people have given 4.6 reviews.
