To those who are new or currently using the Headway app, please consider choosing another broker or app. Their chat response within the app is very slow!! Making deposits is also very slow and problematic. The same goes for withdrawals — the system may show that it’s completed, but you still haven’t received the money in your bank account. When we contact them through Headway chat, their replies are very slow!!!

Worse broker trust don't use this app. If ur price spike suddenly and not same with other broker price they will not refund ur money. It just happens to me, and they will not fix their fault and u cannot get ur money back. LOL Broker

Payment system is down, yet they haven't fixed it making me unable to deposit and placing a trade. The app is also very buggy and glitchy plus it doesn't follow the markets' movement at all.
