Purchasing the Heal be GoBe2 was the best decision I ever made. I’m a mother of 3, wife, full-time Registered Nurse, and I’m extremely busy. I gained about 60lbs and needed a device that could help me get my health and fitness back on track. That’s when I found the Gobe2. This fitness tracker was a lifesaver and did everything as advertised. This tracker has saved me time/energy by tracking my intake, output, sleep, activity, stress, hydration, nutrients, macros, and blood pressure.

I like the app and the GoBe2 tracker watch for the sleep and hydration feedback. It has been useful especially as I live in a desert climate and hydration is so important. It keeps me on track with that and gives good feedback on my sleep patterns. I was a little confused about the calorie tracker and found that hard to interpret. I guess it takes 10-12 hours for the tracker to accurately track calories. I particularly liked the step counter and pulse monitor.

Device has a charging problem due to a bad product design. The charger has 6 pins which need to connect to the watch. After few months those pins get stuck in the charger unable to spring back and make contact with the watch. I bought a new charger and after 2–3 months, the same problem occurred. Calorie counting NOT ACCURATE! For the whole of July&August I ate little to nothing, losing 10 kg! Watch shows extra calories accumulated for that period! Also, customer support doesn't care.

The concept is awesome, however, there is a huge inaccuracy of the amount of calories burned and consumed. For instance, eating just a 6-8 oz. grilled chicken breast for the day gave such inaccurate readings that this cannot be trusted. Heal be needs to rework sensor monitoring and have a select diet option of adding in calories consumed for each meal! Don't trust the sensors! For the downloadable app, add diet options of manually entering calories eaten for meals for each day!

Do not buy this. I placed a review yesterday letting them know I have a problem with the sleep sensors. Review person her asked me to contact customer service. Customer service blamed it on my diagnosed and medicated for 10 years sleep apnea. Long story short she said it's the sensors. Why can't I exit my sleep in the app? She said maybe my sleep apnea will get better. This is not within anyone's scope of practice unless they are a medical doctor. I have screenshots of the conversation.

⭐⭐ Hidden location tracking. App claims to collect "precise location" in Play Store but only asks for "Nearby devices" permission - not location. Privacy policy says they collect location data, but support denies this. The trends feature language changes by country despite using VPN, proving they track location through Bluetooth scanning. This violates Play Store policies by collecting location without proper permission. Hardware is fine but deceptive data practices are unacceptable.
