I like the app it's easy to use and find specialists. There need to be an option to use headphones. In some situations when I need to be outside it's difficult to have a consultation with a doctor without using headphones.

Contacting support is made super hard on purpose. The upload of MRI is broken, making a consultation worthless. Once reported the support did nothing apart from saying we have told the developers. In the meantime the support did not extend or refund the fee for a consultation that was pointless without the ability to share MRI data.

Horrible app. I installed it as this was the only way to get urgent "online" consultation with a specialist. I submitted my symptoms through their AI questionnaire - surprisingly, there was no direct contact with the doctor, and I had to wait for the doctors message back. I could not browse through the answer - the screen was locked by the rating field. In the subsequent message, the doctor explained that he asked for my symptoms and when I type them in, he instantly helped me.
