★★☆☆☆ Horrible app. Can't change anything. Can't request an appointment, change or cancel an appointment. Messages don't show up or aren't responded to and practice claims they didn't get it, although they are in outbox. Medication can't be corrected. The entire thing is cumbersome and worthless for a person to actually use for care. I hate it and will be changing to a doctor who doesn't use this app for this very reason - communication through this app with doctor is non-existent.
