★★☆☆☆ The provider whose been in practice for over 10 years won't even pull up on this app

★★☆☆☆ My Dr office walked me through how to register, I did, and the app says my account is disabled, I check with the Dr office, and they tell me everything on there is correct to check with heal ow customer service, I check with heal ow, and they tell me that the Dr office has to fix it. To make it even worse, I can't use this app if I'm rooted. I'm rooted to increase my security beyond what google is capable of but nope this app refuses to work, why should root make any difference talking to my Dr.

★★☆☆☆ Atrocious. Barely works. Tried to add another practice, ended up with two logins with the same email. Support couldn't fix it. Lived with it. Now I tried to another practice to one of the logins. The doctor's office's automated email system believes it worked, but there's no sign of it on the Heal ow app. Save your sanity & stick to using a browser for your doctors' patient portals.
